How many have them and are they worth it or just use plastic bags? I've seen prices from $40 up to 200
I ask alot of questions, don't I. There I go again, don't answer ???

Fish,
I got mine from TLC $39. I won't know how useful until we take some overnighters. However they are well made and look good. A lot cheaper that those from Maw Kaw.

I have a pair of the $40.00 bags, they look like decent bags for the price, although I havn't had a chance to use them yet.

We started out with just soft luggage. Then Liz made some and they worked OK but did not have all the niceities like the side zipper and pouches. Finially we up graded to the Kawasaki bags by getting them off of ebay. If I remember right we have less than $150.00 in 2 sets of bags.

I have a set from TLC. I have used them for 3 years now. Love them. If I pack them right with t-shirt, shorts and socks; I can usually get 5 to 6 days worth of clothes in my bag. Wife uses the other and that is another story. Only thing to watch out for is packing to much into them. If you do, you can't get the door on the luggage closed.

Other than that, why spend $200 on Kawasaki luggage when this works fantastic.

I bought a set from a guy who makes them and sells them on eBay, they were ~$40 for the set. They are quite nice, although I have not used them yet. I will put them to good use this summer. I'm at work right now, or I'd post the website for the bags. I have it at home and can update later.

I also bought from TLC and am pleased with their rapid turnaround time and quality. The free embroidery was a nice touch too. I tried them out on a 3-day trip and they were great. Now all I need is a sissy bar pack and I'm set.

I got the Kawi ones back in 99 when there wasn't any other choices.

I love them. I use them for every multi day trip and wouldn't want to live without them.
All the extra pockets on the outside are sized to fit things like deodorant, toothbrush, etc nicely; and getting to your overnight place and just grabbing the bag out is great vs getting an armload of stuff.

The bags are so well made that I use them for car trips too, even flown with them as a carry on.

If the knock offs are anywhere near as good. I'd save the money and get them.

Here's a tip when using them. On the passenger side bag I leave it partially unzipped, then I put my digital camera inside resting on the clothes. Gives it a nice vibration free ride, and is easy to grab when I want to take a picture.

I tried to help you guys out with what TLC means. I went to google and typed in TLC. There are 29,000,000 possibilities. Sorry.

TLC is a company that sells on Ebay. I bought from them. The bags are well made and work great. It is the only way to go. Very convienient on trips. Just open saddlebag, grab the liner by the handle and head for your motel room
Here is a link to the ones I bought. Made in USA also :)
Can't seem to get the link to work.
Go to Ebay motorcycle parts and accesories. type in saddlebag liners. They are $40 and $9 shipping.
