chrome wheels

need a set of chrome wheels for my 08 nomad, anyone have a good source?

There aren't any, that I'm aware of. You could always get your stock wheels chrome plated.

Or polished. There's a guy on here who posted he was in the process of getting his chromed.

the harley wheels don't work because they are belt drive.that is
one of the downsides to the shaft drive set up on the nomad.

A guy on ebay is selling chromed stock rims for $750 I believe.

I have mine off right now getting chromed, along with the fork lowers, front wheel spacer, speedo mechanism, brake rotors polished, and the switch housings chromed as well. Then it's off the bolt on chrome parts. Parts should be back from chrome in the next 10 days or so. I'll post pics when I get it all back together.

My wheels are back from chrome but not on the bike yet. I have to go down and pick them up along with the rest but I thought you guys might be interested in seeing them.

That really adds a bit of sparkle, I'll bet that it looks great on the bike. Chroming around here has gotten so expensive and restrictive with enviromental controls that there is very few doing it anymore. You could probably buy new chrome wheels for what they would charge here.

Here are the forks all chromed out. I'm really thiinking this thing is going to come together nice.
