Talked myself out of the Harley

Been looking at a Black and Chrome Harley Ultra-Classic for a few weeks. Just couldn't pull the trigger on that kind of money in this unstable economy. So the next best thing is to add more bling and accessories to my faithful Nad. To start with it will be some nice engine guard chaps from CycleCat, then some Moxy Larger Lowers, then the left side lower engine chrome and then a set of Scala Q2 helmet intercom systems for the wife and I. That should hold me till spring.

Those mods should more than compensate for not getting the HD. On the other hand, COME ON SPRING!

Maybe just me, but I don't like the looks of the Ultra Classic, as compared, especially to the newer Goldwings...The new ultra is a terrific bike, I'm told, but it looks dated to me..I also think the Nomad is a very classy looking bike..

Hey, don't forget about your new Idaho Jack Adapter.

You made the right choice.

Nice stuff for sure....but don't forget a Tour Pack, aftermarket seats, additional lighting....etc. Just get the checkbook out and we'll help you spend it on bling.....no worries there.... !

if i could have taken on the expense...i would have gotten the ultra classic. just being honest.
with that being said, i really love the nomad. for the money, you just can't beat them. look at it this way...if you change your mind, there will be another ultra classic just around the corner. either way, enjoy the ride!

Just sold my Harley Superglide this week and now I've committed myself to a 2000 Nad and couldn't be happier...After riding one, I was sold...You made a very wise decision in my opinion. Ride Safe, Jody
