New Can Am?

This was sitting in front of the local indy. Saw it as I was picking up some antifreeze. I suppose it's the new Can Am. I think I'd like it better without the trunk but I guess it gets the job done.

Looks just like my wifes. She has alot of luggage capacity, so when we go riding, I can store all sorts of stuff on her bike, and keep my saddle bags empty. (grin)

Monkeyman, I had the chance to drive one this past February in Daytona. It didn't do anything for me. I didn't like the way you steered. I found my kegs were cramped up. Just my 2 cents worth.

Put the beer kegs in the top case Then they wouldn't be cramped up.

I think they're nice and pretty well built, but they just keep making them bigger and heavier without increasing the power.

I rode one two years ago and it was marginal at best. This big beast has got to be a real dog. Looks good though.

Wifes Can Am is a hot bike, it moves like a bat out of hell. Hers has a hell of alot of power.

She can run twisties faster and tighter than I can on my Nomad.

Handles and rides more like a sport bike than you would ever think.

I had no intention of buying it for any number of reasons. It reminds me of Lightning McQueen in the movie Cars. I just happened to see it so I thought I'd share some pics.

They are having Demo Rides on a tour not just at dealers. Go to www.Can-am brp.com.

You'll never keep up with my Can-Am Spyder RT-S SE5...

zero to 60 in 4.5 seconds...

And "yes" the RTS is the large bagger Spyder...

Just saying. Try to keep up with one sometime. Difficult to do unless you have a hot street bike.

Sorry, but the thing is anything but a dog...

How does the Can Am compare to one of these?
