Leave the Key in?

I need to know how many of you remove the key from the gas cap when filling up and how many of you leave the key in?

Since I keep my keys on a lanyard attached to a belt loop, I don't leave it in the cap......if you NEED to know.

My key is on a lanyard so it comes out.
