Waving Gadgets Page does it again

On the 26th I installed a set of V&H Bagger Duals on my 1999 Nomad, I had a lot of popping on decel and when shifting gears . After checking everything, gaskets, leaks, etc. I stated looking at other causes. I found a section in Gadgets Pages about MARBLEING, this was simple I removed the filters and all associated parts and took the hose loose to the air valve, put a marble in and reinstalled the hose. While at it I decided to plug the hoses to the reed valves. The front hose was loose so I put a marbe in and reinstalled the front hose. I found the rear reed valve hose completely off the valve. I put a marble in to plug the hose and reinstalled the hose. Now...NO MORE popping of any kind just the beautiful sound of singing pipes . Everybody have a great evening. Take care, ride safe and God bless.

If you're going to marble it, you might as well add coasters.

Hi Virg, I keep the tires at the recommended pressure of 50 psi. I haven't had any problems with the unit.

I will go several weeks, months before remembering to check-out Gadget Page. It's a great site.
