Freewheelin' down to Land of Enchantment | 1/3

My best friend and I toured New Mexico and having ridden 5,600 miles through 8 states, we got back home on Canada Day safe and sound. The 22 days we spent on this road trip went by very fast but we saw a lot and were totally enchanted by New Mexico.

There was something mystical about New Mexico for me before roaming this sun baked state and that mystery still remains.

I made up a photo album but when I get a chance, I will also write a detailed report for those who wish to tour New Mexico.

The album contains 172 photos and the following tunes:

Motorcycle Mama by Neil Young
Watching the River Flow by Bob Dylan
Romance in Durango by Bob Dylan
*Billy 7 by Bob Dylan
Going' out West by Tom Waits
Cold Water by Tom Waits

* we saw a lot of Billy the Kid country hence this piece from Dylan's 1973 album "Pat Garret and Billy the Kid".

Hope you enjoy the slideshow.

Cheers,

Elvis

P.S. On slideshow page, use the rectangle at the bottom left to go Full Screen and Up/Down triangles at the bottom centre to adjust the duration for each photo.

Great pics!! I was just in Santa Fe & Albuquerque a few weeks ago. I'd like to see some more of the areas you visited though.

That was GREAT to look at! Thank you for sharing!!!
I am so jealous! I haven't been to that part of the US yet, and I had no idea there as so much to see in New Mexico!! Even the food pictures looked yummy....although I'm not sure how cherries and beer taste together!!!

You guys really need to learn to spell correctly.

Great pics. Glad you had a good time. "Taos Plaza". I thought it said "Tacos Plaza" for a minute and I got hungry.
