Man he was moving. Having been on the dragon, I think you would have a hard time going through there on a Nomad much more than 1/2 the speed he was getting up to, they just aren't built to handle, let alone accelerate like that.

That was interesting, I'm wondering why the HD riders don't give space when they can?

Sitting in the left lane and not letting people pass is a form or aggressive driving. I experience it almost daily.

Great ride but all these turns and trees require caution and attention.

He doesn't carry his speed as well through the turns. He does do an admirable job though.

I don't really see much wrong with what the touring guys are doing. There's not much room on that road to pull off, you have to pick your spots. With a big touring bike you kinda have your hands full too on the dragon. Since there is no left lane and virtually no real places to pass, the sport bikes like this guy take their own chances when they can. I have pulled far to the right to let them around before when I notice them behind me being a$$holes....I mean aggressive. I have also found a couple later up or down the road standing by their torn up bikes.

As shown in the video, there were ample places to pull over and the guy wasn't going so fast that he couldn't have done so. I think he was being a prick and as I said, that's aggressive driving as well and if not being a prick, inattentive driving. It's better for all to get out of the way.

Never been on the dragon but didn't I read somewhere there is over 100 of those pull off spots? I sure would get out of a guys way coming up on me like that

Yeah, it's not as simple as it looks in the video. Those areas don't provide much room and then you take the chance of another bike coming along behind and panicking. But as always, you are entitled to your opinion even if it is wrong
