Looking for some quick detach hardware

Since nobody but Kawasaki makes a quick detach rack for the Vaquero, I'm going to find all the hardware and have my dad make one for me. Pretty handy guy, I'm sure he can get one built in no time once I find the hardware.
Has anyone ever done the leg work to find the actual hardware like Harley uses on their quick detach setups? Or any kind of lockable quick detach hardware that can be used on something like this? I can't find anything that's not already attached to a rack or a windshield.

I have two quick detach racks for my 1600. A solo rack and one for the passenger backrest and rear rack. Both use the Harley latches. I can swap from solo to two up in just a couple minutes.

If anyone else is looking... I found these. They're HD branded so I'm sure the price is premium, but they're exactly what I'm looking for and I can't find any other brand.

They appear to be custom made for their application. I doubt you will find them made by anyone else ?
