It was already on the bike when I purchased it. So I don't where he got it but it's not homemade. I liked it so I left it on the bike.

Most all of the accessories were already installed on the bike (IE: Tachometer, lights on bags and Mud flap/light), I added the V&H exhaust, cup holder and GPS pouch.

The LED light bar on the hard bags are turn signal blinkers. Nice addition to rear turn signals.
