Utah Real Estate

Hey Folks,
I have a friend in the northeast corner of Utah looking for a place to live. She will be working for the Bureau of Land Management out of Vernal. Right now, she lives in a 5th wheel trailer on the refuge near there. Does anyone know of something available in Vernal or nearby? If the price is right, she may be interested in buying instead of renting. Any info will help.

Thanks,
Kawgirl

Wolfman and I are probably closer to there than anyone and it is out of my stomping grounds. Her best bet will be to check with the local land merchants. Wish her luck.

Now you will have a reason to come out here for a visit.

Thanks Idaho. That's what gave me the reason to visit southern Utah. She was working at Capital Reef NP a couple of summers ago and we traveled around for a week in the area. Trip's run through there reminded me of the trip she and I took through the same places. I do hope to get out and visit her this summer to see that part of Utah. I'll let you guys know if I make it.

Since getting back from the Utah trip, I've been trying to figure out how I can move out there. Maybe I can be a Walmart greeter in Kanab.

check here: http://www.utahrealestate.com/ (Vernal is in Uintah county so make sure to enter that in the search so it will narrow it down more.) Pretty much everything listed by realators is on this site.

Have her call Steve in Neola, thirty-five miles from Vernal. His phone number is (435)722-7063. He has 500 acres with a couple of cabins and RV spots on it. Tell him Ron Faubion asked her to call.

Good luck

I talked to him last night and let him know someone may be calling about this. He's good with that, and may be able to help your friend. If nothing else, she will have a unique experience to meet a truly fine person.

Good luck
