Temp is holding pretty good here in Chicago, temp in the low to mid 50's; mid 70's for the afternoon ride home. It's the sun that's a killer on the way to work, too much glare. I travel on all east/west roads and the sun is right in your face, tough to see cars or anything for that matter.

Yep, kinda cool this morning on the way to work in Peoria Illinois. Although, it may be in my head, but the bike seems to really like cooler weather... runs great! Me on the other hand..... :-)

It was 42 degrees for my ride to work yesterday. You are FULLY awake and alert when you arrive at those temps! lol
By 10:00 it was 74 degrees. Gotta love Colorado.

It won't hit 42 here until sometime after Thanksgiving. Saw the 10-day forecast today and no temp higher than 99! Hoo hoo! Summer is over!

My work hours are a little screwy but I'm riding west on the way in to work at 6:00 pm. It's right at eye level here in the north. Temps have been great for this time of yr. here at mid to high 20's C. ...70's for those on the Fahrenheit scale. :) The ride home at 1:00 -1:30 am is nice at about 50 - 55 F. Traffic is great to, but you have to watch for the drunks leaving the bars. Which of course is a lot more dangerous than any sun in my eyes. A colleague and I had some drunk/crack head split two lanes we were in at about 160 kms per hr. just the other night.

I ride home from work anywhere from midnight til 3:00am. Last march the temps got down to the high 30's to low 40's. I found that the engine guard chaps made by PH Customs did an excellent job of keeping my feet & legs warm by trapping the engine heat.. The chaps, Edmond's lowers & my leather chaps kept me from feeling most of the cold. The only problem I did have was with my hands freezing on the 28 mile commute home. I did buy a pair of Tour Master winter gloves to try this winter.....-Rich

Man, looks like we have a 43F theme going on here. The bad part for me is the coastal fog...it's similar to Portland and Seattle's annoying day-long drizzle, just thicker. Good thing I've got the engine guard chaps and full lethers as well. A little rain ain't gonna stop me!

Low 50's here in RI in the morning for the morning commute. Bike seems to like the cooler temps here also.

had a first frost here already, and it is said tomorrow night (Thursday) there will be a hard one. I hope not as the garden isn't yet done.
