Hey Al, you might enjoy this story. I had a "Bumper to Bumper" extended warranty on wife's 2009 Toyota Van. Gauges and lights started acted funny. Took it to dealer I bought the car from and had the warranty with. They said they would charge me $100 to check it out. But the 100 would be waived, if the problem was covered under warranty. I told the dealer, I was certain the problem was between the bumpers. They called me the next day and said some wires were chafed and it would cost $3100 to fix. They felt the wires were chewed by a varmint and was therefore not covered by warranty.

Stiffed again! So I am a hard sale for extended warranties today. But that's just me.
