Clear View Shield

I replaced my 12" Cee-Bailey today with the small ClearView, great improvement. Could have gone the medium but this will be fine for now.
No buffeting and the overall quality I think is fantastic. The Cee-Bailey is a good screen, but in my opinion not up to the quality of the Clearview.
Will be selling the Cee-Bailey and also the stock screen.

Don't know about the Cee Baileys, but I have had a Clear View shield. I'm happy you like it, but if you get ready for another anytime, may I suggest you look at the Long Rides. I Was much happier with the LR over the CV. Heavier construction and absolutely no distortion. Just sharing my experience.

The long ride looks too much like other shields I have tried, and I have tried lots, the clearview IMO is the best I have had yet, I have the tall one, with the vent, absolutely no buffeting except in cross winds which is to be expected with any shield, I will not go back to any other shield.

I have the small Clearview with the light tint. Am very happy with the look and quality. Wind protection is slightly better than the 12" Kaw shield.

Did you get the 5 position vent that opens/closes? Tinted? It never happened without pics!

5'11. It's ok for the open road and all day trips but I can tell from riding the other day that during the summer months I'm going to put the stocker back on to feel more wind for close distances..

I am just over 6 feet. Very happy with my medium. I could have gone one size bigger and still had it below my eyes if that helps you any. But the wind is still 2 inches over the top of my helmet. It's hard to measure ahead of time, the clearview slopes back more than the stock so when you measure up from the key you have to hold the tape an inch or so back away from your current shield.

I am 6'5" and have the clearview large shield and really like it. I just did a 1600 mile trip and had absolutely no complaints. I do like that fact that just to "re-arrange the furniture" I can put the original bagger shield back on. But I love the clearview, and the bottom is painted black to look like the bagger. Also, do this before you decide to upgrade your stereo, you will hear it much better at high speeds with the tall shield!

I'm only 5'9". I ordered the medium shield from them the other day. I haven't received it yet but when I measured according to their website, the medium came right to about my mouth. I guess I'll see when it gets here.

Make sure you call and check on the shipment in about 2 weeks. I called them after a month and they said they would call me back. Well he called me back the next day. It had been sitting in the warehouse on the shelf so they shipped it the next day.
