MiVaquero, I'm sorry hear of your mother's illness. I have a sister currently fighting cancer. It's a terrible disease. We have you and your mom in our Prayers.

Merry Christmas to everyone! My parents are also in their late 70's. My dad is recovering from prostate cancer, and mom is on dialysis after battling diabetes for 25+ years. I also have 2 sister-in-laws recovering from breast cancer. I call it the plague of the 21st century. It knows no boundaries. I've seen it even in small children. My heart goes out to anyone who has a family member going through this. God bless you all.
