I use my battery tenders for the initial charge to charge all my bike batteries when they are new. Works great, just hook it up and walk away. when the green light comes on it's fully charged. You never want to use a large high amp charger for a bike battery, you'll cook it.

For boat owners, the procedure is to start the engine (we're talking boats in slips, at a dock) put the transmission(s) in gear, and run the engine at a fast idle for thirty minutes. That puts a load on the engine and gets everything up to temperature. Where you can't place a load on the engine, you're better off just letting it sit for the winter (properly prepared) with a smart charger on the battery. Most larger boats have a built-in smart charger since they typically have very large battery banks, a house bank and an engine start bank. A smart charger is a three-phase charger that can sense battery voltage and increase it's own output to suit, high for charge, lower for maintaining a charge, and turn itself off when the battery is topped, sense when the battery is down again, and turn itself back on, and repeat. Most larger boats have a smart voltage regulator on the engine(s), too, one that will really put out amps to recharge a very low house bank, then dial itself down as needed. A typical automotive type regulator/alternator will not recharge a seriously depleted house bank. A bike in a shed or basement is a different critter, tho.

Anyways....
Tonight I took a multimeter to the battery.
Fresh off of the Tender she reads 13.5
During the start up attempt she drops to 10.5 to 10.6
Then battery goes up to 12.3 to 12.5
Second reading during start was again 10.5 to 10.6
Since Mas said the ECM needs 11 volts to spark anything
I should assume as most have stated the battery is shot?
I did locate the sales info and it is under warranty.

Clayton, take the time to examine, clean and retighten you connections to the battery. Also check the ground connections to Frame/Engine. Remove them, apply a little wire brush to wire end and mount area then retighten securely. I have fixed quite a few "bad batteries" by just establishing proper connections. It's free and will take about 30 mins start to finish.

Well Bike Master is sending a replacement battery.
After going through the motions prior to calling them, all I needed to do was explain the situation and they are sending a new one and return labels for the old one.
