Loud Squealing Sound
I suspected this very thing if you go back to my furst post. I said to get the entire ft end checked since the ft end isn't fully factory assemebled.
These are spacers not bushings... The bearing bears up on these and so do the soft alloy forks which may be gauled...

A loose front axle will cause deflection in the fork legs, shifting of the wheel, and sticky operation of the front suspension. I wouldn't doubt that it handles better with the axle tight. ;)
