Yes, 2009 and up.
"0314" with blue dot was reprogrammed with the recall - software fix that's it. Ivan flash has reprogrammed over ECU making all previous firmware versions moot. Doesn't matter if it has blue dot or not after Ivan flash...

FS: Ivan flashed ECU for Vulcan 1700 Voyager/Vaquero $550 US
It presently has revision 2 but can be updated with 3rd revison, Sept, 2017 flash. **UPDATED 9-2017 - Engraving will read "C4B" on the back of your ECU ** This is the stock Ivan flash without BAK see link below. It is irrelevant what year bike you have, 2009 and up it will work as it's been Ivanized... Any questions pertaining to the flash see Ivan's web link or call him directly as he prefers phone not email. http://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/vn1700.htm Came from a 2009 Voyager with 25,000 km/15,000 miles on it. Yes. It doesn't "bolt on", you unplug/plug ECU. I suggest you read link to Ivan's website.

I wish this was a stock ECU for a 2015. It should be cheaper in cost and I would purchase it for a backup if I needed warranty work or state inspection if California starts that.

And Summitric - As Diggles said, your odometer reading will not change. That information is not stored in the ECU.
