oil check

I just bought a 98 1500 Nomad, and cant find how to check the oil level. My previous 99, had a spyglass, this one does not wtf

It has a spyglass, same side, right in front of the clutch basket bulge on the cover at the very bottom, inboard of the frame. Its almost right directly below the add plug up top.
It is really difficult to see....

oil sight glass is PN#52005....

Its hard as hell to see mick, gotta stand on your head, its on the crankcase, AHEAD OF THE CLUTCH BASKET BULGE, look behind the frame, on the engine case....
