Re-routing Clutch and Brake line tricks

Prepping the cables and lines to install handlebars in the near future.
Are there any tricks to this? I was able to move the electrical lines to the other side of the triple tree, easy peasy. Throttle lines are long enough and if not simple to move. As for the brake and clutch lines I was hoping to funnel through the reservoirs but there isn't enough room. I can disconnect the lines at the banjo bolt but trying to avoid a mess, not to mention bleeding the system as I just changed fluids about 2 months ago. Any tips out there? One benefit is taking things apart helps to clean 20 years of grime :)
