Spark Plug Assy.

I have a 2001 FI, I changed my spark plugs and when I went to put the spark plug caps on, the two longer ones did not snap in. So I screwed the little brass peice out that hold resister and spring and found that the little retainer clip was missing. My question is, where can I find that little clip that keeps the spark plug tight. Any input from y'all would be great. Thank You.

If the clip is gone, see if you can get new ends... These should wind on to the cables and in time do wear out both as a part from wear and electrically as well. get NGK brand for sure, or you will waste yer money.

I am pretty sure these wind on and off like most any bike does, and any snow machine does as well. You have lots of snow machines in texas right?

Mac,
Yes they do wind off and on, can I get these at my local auto parts store, my dealer does not have any (they never have anything).

You should be able to find the spark plug caps, at most auto or bike shops. They are a very common item in most places.
