Gear oil ?
What kind of gear oil are you using. Manual calls for Hypoid GL-5 or 6, doesn't state the viscosity. I have a bottle of Yamalube 80W/90 shaft drive gear oil - will that work?

Gear oil ?
I used the Motomaster Synthetic 75W90 yesterday. It meets the GL5 classification requiring 80 or 90 weight oil.
Haven't ridden it yet, but the change is very easy to do. |

Gear oil ?
I just changed my final drive oil today and used MotoMaster 80-90 gear oil. It has a GL5 rating. I had some Chrysler synthetic oil in stock but when I checked the bottle it only has a GL4 rating, It probably would have worked but I decided against it..
