Cheapest motorcycle tire

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is an international tyre dealer site that ships to italy where I can buy cheap tyres for street motorbyke or retread tyres for off-road training.
Thank you for your suggestions.

You would think a Pirelli tire would be a good bet in Italy, if they still make them there.

An International dealer would be a problem for me. I really prefer to look at the date code on the tire to get an idea of its age. As tires age they dry out; increasing the possibility of pre-mature life or failure. Often my local dealer is only a few dollars more than on line dealers.

My Mechanic told me that somebody brought in a set of retread motorcycle tires to mount, he had never seen them before. He could not get them to balance. I'll stick with decent tires. You don't have to pay through the nose for decent tires, the Kenda Kruz tires I had on my C50 were as good as any tires I ever had. But I will just say no to retreads.

Wow, never heard of retreaded M/C tires...After working for a guy who retread truck tires (at Good Year)and seeing what happens to them if they don't take, I don't think I would risk using them on a Bike...Ride Safe, Jody

Ive seen the Kenda tires before and I even had some on my snowmobile trailer, they worked ok for a few years before they weatherchecked.
There is also Maxxis which sells some economical tires, and a chinese brand that I can't remember the name of at the moment.

I also took it to read "economically priced".
