Insulated riding boots?

On the way home yesterday after about 2 hours my feet started getting cold. Now I'm sure that everyone knows how miserable it is when that happens.

I have more than enough warmer weather riding boots. Now I suppose that I need some colder weather boots. I'm not talking about snow mobile boots. I'm not crazy enough to go riding out in that weather.

What are some of you all wearing? Or, what boots would you recommend?

Insulated riding boots?

I know exactly what you mean abot getting cold feet, I ride as late into the season as I can before the snow flies, While I have insulated hunting boots that Ive worn in the past for some longer rides, I usually pack a couple of hot pak hand and foot warmers, they work great for about six hours. I keep them on my bike in the colder days just in case.

In cold weather I wear "Hot Chilies" [long underwear for skiing etc.] And moisture wicking ski socks, under leather boots. Works for me.

Insulated riding boots?

I bought a pair of Sidi Canyon Gore-tex boots last winter and have worn them from spring right through to today (-1 and frost on the car windows this morning). The gore-tex is great as it breaths, is waterproof and windproof which equals warm feet. They aren't cheap (close to $300), but I find them to be very comfortable and all purpose. One of the keys is to not have boots that lace up the front. Here is a link to one site so you can see the boots

Insulated riding boots?

I use crash bar covers and keep my feet on the floor boards.

Crash bar chaps work for me. If you block the wind it's not too bad. I also have used the hot packs in my boots.

Insulated riding boots?

I have a pair of Bass Pro Boots that are insulated and waterproof.

I wear a heavy set of wool socks. Thus far the coldest I have used them in is 34 degrees and my feet did not get cold.
