I found this on you tube.

This is day 1 at the Nat. Rally and this is the group that took the Blue Ride Parkway Trip. Most likely, the most Nomads you will ever see in the same stick.

It was cool. I was roughly in the middle of that group, 73 bikes I believe was the count. What I found really amazing was riding down the road right after that shot of us pulling out. As far as I could see in front of me there were bikes in staggered formation and the same thing in the mirror as far back as I could see.
Now Larry, why didn't you jump in a chopper and get an overhead view as well?

OK, now I'm confused. At first I thought the hot air comment was directed at the high heat and humidity we have, but after reading BD's response, maybe it was directed at TC and Me.

Norm what you said about the Nomads in front and behind brought back a sight I liked on that trip.
When we entered the Blue Ridge Parkway we turned right off the highway and made a circle over the top of the highway we just got off. When I went across the overpass there were quite a few Nomads in front of me and when I looked down at the road we just got off the end of the procession was still making the turn.
That, I thought , was pretty neat.
