Joined ROK at the National rally????

Myself and my riding buddy joined ROK at the national rally. Neither of us have received anything from them. I was expecting some sort of membership card, or something. It's been a couple of months, has anyone that joined there gotten anything?

Or am I being impatient?

I won a free membership and received my card and membership info about 2 weeks ago. I would follow-up.

I received an e-mail from Terri Conrad back in July.
She said I should receive something in the mail in a couple of weeks.
So far I haven't gotten anything.

I got the membership i won but not the second year i had already signed up for at the rally

I signed up on line after the rally and got my package within 10 days. I would contact them...

Contact Brian Gibson with ROK. Was supposed to have a free one last year but never got anything from them.

I have experienced the same thing. Paid in Maggie Valley and haven't gotten squat yet. Thinking my $20 bill is history because they didn't give me anything to prove I paid but a slip of paper with the 800 number on it for towing.

I just sent an email to inquire into the membership I purchased at Maggie Valley. I haven't heard anything back from ROK either. Glad I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten any info yet.

I emailed ROK a while back and got no response. I contacted Ms. Conrad and she gave me another person to contact to check into it. I'm thinking like Loafer, someone had a nice cool one and a samich on me tab.

May be the staff at ROK spends to much time riding to rallies and not enough on customer care
