I doubt it be very safe to try. Only the terminator is a champ at doing that move.

There are 2 aspects to this type of training. Shooting from a moving vehicle at a stationary target and from a moving vehicle to another one.

The type of weapon involved and how its carried is of paramount importance.

With a little (no a lot) of practice it can be done effectively. Look around and invest in a quality training program with an experienced instructor.

Its a good skill to have.
