My garage would have a customized Vaquero and a Hyabusa.

A cruiser and a sport bike for fun.

IF I could only have 2 motorcycles, I'd own a 2011 Vaquero in red and a 2008 black track dedicated Yamaha R1...

Now if the question were what 2 bikes do you wish you'd never sold and still had it would be my 1978 Harley Low Rider and my 1982 Honda CBX... Ooops...

Star StratOliner and Honda St1300 of the ones I have ridden

Vaquero (if has similar power as the Strat) and Concourse (if comfortable for touring) of the ones I haven't ridden.

Love my Nomad but there are better bikes out there.

I'd keep my Honda Shadow Aero for Commuting, and get a new Goldwing. Wife loves the Nomad, but after a ride on her uncle's goldwing, that's all I hear about.

A Chopper, No doubt!

Gone but not forgotten!
I LOVE my Nomad, but if I could afford 2 bikes the other would be a Chopper of course!
I hated to see my 06 100 CI Custom Chopper go! But to be able to buy the Nomad, it was my only choice at the time. it was not really practical for me, no rider seat, just a "bar hopper" show bike, but what a blast to Ride!

The Chopper was a custom, built in Daytona bike. original cost around 33 grand. 100 CI Rev tech engine & 6 speed tranny with a custom purple flame paint job, custom pipes,
I mean to tell ya it was a bad azz bike. And it rode like the wind! I mean, you talk about TORQUE! i could not start it before about 9 am or it would wake my all my neighbors up!
This bike would draw attention wherever I went.

I spent just about the entire Bike week in Daytona, went to the bike shows and all, and they had many, many bad azz bikes of all kinds, BUT the KING, and baddest of them all was the Custom Choppers!

I'd have either the Nomad and a Hyabusa, or an Ultra and a Hyabusa. Some days I still like to go for a good fast blast. High insurance here in Ontario is the real killer of bike ownership. Buying the bike is the cheaper part.

Versys

Lots of dream bikes but my reality 2nd bike would be a Kawasaki Versys in the maroon/silver color scheme(to match my Nomad dont'cha know). The Versys fits my tall frame perfectly, can be a slim little carving machine, is dirt road friendly and can be outfitted to carry quite a bit of cargo if need be...I am inexplicably drawn to them.
As far as past bikes go I miss my BUBF bobber but that type bike is so impractical...definately a top contender for 3rd bike though!

A CVO RGU and an FLHTP. IMHO, the CVO RGU is the ultimate bike for looks, power, comfort, etc. The FLHTP (with all the requisite cop stuff...lights, radio, sirens, etc) is just cool.
