Hand held/portable CB

A couple of years ago someone posted that they had a hand held CB radio with external antenna and a mike and speakers in their helmet. Well, guess what, I can't find it. Anyone remember the post or have a similar setup on their bike?
Thanks for your time.

I have a Cobra HH38 WX radio. All the accessories I got from Sierra Electronics online. they have a 800 number that can help you hook up the push to talk button and mic and speakers for your helmet.. Mine works great. Only Honda GW have a greater range than my little set up

He talks mostly to the only person that can stand to listen to him - himself!
