We need to put together a South Florida Vaq owners ride. Ray knows the back roads around Lake Okeechobee. We can have some kind of central meet point.

I was there also on Saturday. Ray has done his magic with the throttle, belt noise and full tune up! Now he is wrapping the pipes, new brake pads and instilling the V&H slip-ons.

Count me in if you do a ride. Not a Vaquero owner tho but I am sure I can blend in he he

Honestly I dont care what people ride, as long as they can keep up..lol Ray is a maniac on curves, luckily there are not many in Florida..I will work on putting something together after the holidays, especially since things have cooled down a bit.

Ray continue to do his magic :) Today I picked up my Nomad with the following mods:

- Vance & Hines Twin Slash Round Slip-On Mufflers
- Pipes Wrapped
- New EBC front brake pads
- LED driving lights installed on the front engine guards

The Nomad is now perfect. What a difference the sound of the V&H

You can hear the roar here

Sounds good. I love my V&H slipons. They sound even better after they break in and get some carbon built up.

Keep us posted on this, I'd like to ride down to meet y'all and carve some of those nasty Florida curves! I'd ride there the day before and be looking for a place to camp out for a night or two.
I'm working on a bit on an odometer countdown myself, right at 496k now. Although I've noticed my odo counts up, not down........ must be a Canadian thing.😀
