Fuel Processor for 2016 Voyager???

So I've been happily riding my 2000 Nomad 1500 for almost six years and 30,000+ miles, but finally took the leap to upgrade. This coming week I'm picking up my new 2016 Voyager in NC and riding her home to MA. I've been poking around online to get some info on aftermarket exhausts, air intakes and fuel processors. It seems that they changed a few things after 2014. Most of the fuel processors and exhausts seem to only go up to 2014 or 2015. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good fuel processor for a 2016 Voyager? Thanks.

Have your ECU reflashed by Ivan and forget the fuel processor.

Do a search on the forum about Ivan and see how well it works.

Thanks Jim. I have been reading about that on the forum. I hear it voids the warranty though.

Get the ECU flashed and don't tell anyone you did it.

Greetings and CONGRATULATIONS!
IVAN'izing the ECU is the way to go. If you are really *really* concerned with the warranty (99% of us here weren't), there are plenty of pulled PROCESSORS. Just read various threads and you will see COBRA's, Power Commanders (Probably the better of those two) and BULLY (AKA) EKJ's for sale abound on this forum.
Riding from NC to MA would be a kick, hopefully you can take scenic routes and not super slab it..
Enjoy and ride safe!

It certainly voids the warranty on the ECU. Anything else they want to void they will have to prove the ECU caused the problem in the US.

I think the issue with the exhaust is that they added an O2 sensor in 2015 to all the 1700s. The Ivan reflash, I understand eliminates this, so any exhaust from earlier years should work just fine. Kinda the same reason there are no fuel controllers for them, they would be in a constant battle with the O2 sensor.

I followed your advice. Got the ecu flashed by Ivan, installed Roaring Toyz air intake and Cobra slip-ons and WOW! What a difference!!!! I rode it last night for the first time after upgrading - amazing! Thanks
