Nomad 1600 Windshield Options

I've been thinking about options for my Nomad 1600 stock windshield...it is trashed...way too many scratches...was thinking about a Memphis Shades Batwing...but, then found this Clearview...thinking about a Recurve, Clear, 21" tall, 5-position vent, 2" wider at the bottom...

https://www.clearviewshields.com/mot...-1600-shields/

Anybody have any first hand input...?

Thanks in advance...

I replaced my stock one 4 years ago with a clearview and it still looks like new today . I didn't purchase the recurve/vent but other members on here love them . I'm sure you'll here from them soon enough .

I purchsed the stock/22" , stock width , tinted light grey . Love it

I had a grey tint, recurve, 2" wider than stock on my 2008.
Great windshield.

Had the clearview on my Nomad loved it. Bought one for my Voyager, and I love it too. You will be very happy. I suggest you get the size that will get the shield to the tip of your nose. With the recurve it will easily get the wind over the top of your helmet and you can still look over it.

I had the oversize Clearview on my Triumph Rocket 3, with center vent, and it was awesome. The wind buffeting was completely gone.

I've been thinking about putting one on my 1600 but it is difficult to justify for the price. They are a bit spendy. The Rocket 3 Tourer windscreen was a bad design but I find the Nomad to be excellent when used with the very well designed lowers. Top me wind buffeting is fairly nil.

If my stock screen got trashed I'd definitely get the Clearview.
