Vaquero OEM slip ons to a 2008 nomad

My friend sold his 2011 Vaquero. He has the OEM slip ons and will give them to me. My question. Will they fit on my 2008 Nomad?
TIA
Tom

I don't think they will but a little or sometimes a lot of fabrication you can make anything fit!!

I am not too good at fabrication. I was hoping for a "they slip right on" answer. Thanks for your reply.

Well, slip'm on and see what happens and what needs to be done. Free is a pretty good deal and a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Well, you can always load your bike onto a trailer, take your mufflers up to a good muffler shop. They can neck your muffler up or down, they can shrink or expand the neck some..... or make you a adaptor, which you can have chromed....
Just another option you. Have had it done several times.
