Riser Bushings

Need Ideas on pressing the old bushings out and new ones in. I ordered new bushings plastic washers and some Avon Memory foam grips. I am thinking a C Clamp and asst. sockets similar to pressing ball joints.

A piece of threaded rod and a couple of nuts and washers through the assorted sockets instead of a C clamp ?
