Riders have been putting K&N type filters on the bikes for decades. Any dish that is the same size as the mounting plate (measure) will work. The name caddman is a false claim of proprietary parts. As Mick said find it much cheaper elsewhere.

I just put a longer bolt in the backing plate, to allow for the extra width of the K&N to be exposed. And put a 172 main jet in. (I think the original was 134 ) It made all the difference to how freely the bike revved. And surprisingly, it wasn't much difference in fuel consumption either
