Backup fuse question

Trying to find out what killed my 1yr old battery
after bike sitting 3 months. Installed another new
and all seems good. Maybe was battery.
When i checked for possible problems i
found 1.5-2V on backup fuse when pulled.
(12V other side) Is this normal from backup system?
When i insert a fuse, gives a spark.
Not sure it has a problem or just go ride. Lol

What do mean by back up fuse, and have you got the ignition on when you get the spark on it?

On the 1700 forum I posted how to trace an electrical load on the battery. Its a step by step process to pinpoint where an errant load can drain a battery.

Yea, what he said! Sparking fuses is usually a sign of a load on that circuit....
