New Leather Vendor

Just found this vendor and I ordered a new jacket from them made of Bison Buffalo Leather for a fair price. I spoke with them on the phone and was quite impressed with the service. I spent much of the afternoon on Google looking for a certain style of jacket and comparing all them from Leather up, and all the rest to this site. I will add further on the quality of the leather/jacket when it arrives.

New Leather Vendor

I got the jacket today and will try to post some pictures in a few days. I ordered what is called the Pistol Pete Jacket style and wanted a thick ,but yet soft leather. This jacket fit the bill there and I used the sizing as per the website and it fit just perfect. It is very soft and pliable leather, weight I would guess about 5-6 pounds with the liner. The zippers are heavy duty and the style number is AL 2014, if you want to look at it on site. It is sold under the name of Allstate Leather, however MFD by Suneast Leather. I did a goolge search and found that Suneast is a large leather supplier from Pakistan. The research indicated that Pakistan is now one of the largest leather suppliers for a number of American Outlets. So I can't say if this is the same jacket sold by Jafrum or not, I did call them (Jafrum) when I went to order, only to be told that style and some others I ask about were out of stock and they couldn't tell me how long of a waiting time I would incur, so I kept looking till I found this vendor. I paid $150.00 plus shipping, so if it is the same as Jafrum I overpaid by about $55.00. I did see this same jacket, clearly listed as a Allstate Leather on other sites for upward to $225.00,for my size, so I guess his prices weren't too bad, but all in all he is a drop and ship site. The jacket came out of Allstate Leather warehouse in TX, not Oregon. He is easy to talk with, he checks to make sure it is stock and will return your call on that issue and fast shipping. All in all, not a bad jacket, fits well and I was able to get my large size of 58 with no extra cost, not like some other sites. I don't really care for the Pakistan, but in today's times, what can ya do?
