I have had mine drilled out through the 2nd baffle since it had about 1000 miles on it, a 2012 Voyager, and the catalytic converters are still in place at 81,000+ miles.

I can set my cruise and have taken my hands off the bars for a few seconds, maybe 10-15 seconds, and usually goes straight each time I've done this. I do not make a habit of it.

I did this on my 2012 Voyager, and love the results. They arent loud, but you can hear it running. I have my 800 with the rear most baffle removed if I want more sound.
