I think maybe you should check the location of...

I think maybe you should check the location of the battery to frame connection I am not sure but maybe you have some corrosion on the frame where your neg battery cable lands

Yes mine would still ping with the tfi at high altitude on hot days unless I ran super plus these bikes are all different in this regard so results are unknown. I had just switched to the cobra power...

Watts divided by voltage equals min fuse size this does not include in rush on start up or high beam inrush so even this calc is ? Prbly add at least 25 percent for safety and check all circuitry...
