The tuning process is how sensitive it is based on the unit's level. Tipped toward the front of the bike = more sensitive, toward the back = less sensitive for the deceleration mode.

We have been using Sena SMH-10's for over 3 years. Great units. Next month upgrading to the 20s. Bike to bike is great with the 10's but looking forward to more range.
