Have not ordered from them. Ordered my V&H from phatperformanceparts.com and got them for $404.06---have since purchased helmet and auto tune for PCv and both shipping and customer service seems #1.

My 2011 Vaquero acts the same way. I thought, according to the manual, that resume only works at speeds above 30 and must be reset once you have come to a stop or reduced speed to below 30.
