I use Mobil-1 V-Twin 20W-50 during the summer months and use Mobil-1 4T Racing 10W-40 in winter. I also use the Mobil-1 filter.

I attached it using one of my windshield nuts. Worked like a charm, though now I don't have it anymore as the fairing I got has a 12v port on it.
