Hey Guys,
It's been a great 4 years, but because of my legs, it was time that I sold the bike--it's just too heavy. I've learned a lot here and did many modifications and tweeks to my bike...

Avon Cobra/Venom rebate

Airhawk Cushion?

I have one and I use it. It's sewed it into my sheepskin for extra comfort. I don't leave it on the bike all the time; only when I'm doing some serious miles. Just don't put much air in it.

Helps keep from backfiring by stopping air into the manifold. This is mostly heard if using custom pipes.

I use polish for quick touch ups, but beware of using when your bike is dirty instead of dusty, those bags scratch really easy.

I just got my new Cobras delivered yesterday and with the rebate, both tires were $275. A local shop quoted me 1.5 hours at $65 per hour for the install and that's just handing over the bike.

I know that they are particular about the mounting angle too, but I've had mine 90 degrees off the recommended mounting angle and it's still working fine and when I wash the bike I don't pay much...

Clearview Windshield

I've got one too, the wind vent makes a big difference in hot weather. The recurve gets the wind up over your head and the added thickness adds damping to the shield. Added the 2+" to the height...

07, pipes, 1/2 caddmann intake, Cobra FI2000R installed--I run the lowest grade with no pings whether 2 up, 100 degrees +, or loaded to travel. I do occasionally get a smell of unburnt hydrocarbons...
